Tough Times?

Flooring industry not experiencing the same delays as others in building materials

We understand that many people are concerned about delays in getting materials. Earlier in the year there was a carpet pad/cushion shortage. It seems as though this shouldn’t be an issue going forward. At this time our typical special orders are taking 4 – 5 weeks. This is only 1 week longer than previous years of 3 – 4 weeks. Though, we are not experiencing much for delays, we are seeing increased costs. Shipping rates have been on the rise nationwide. January 1 we will be seeing additional material cost increases. Our schedule is booking out 4-5 weeks. Please know that we will continue to fight for good pricing on quality materials and pass those savings on to our customers.
